Reentry Infrastructure

Structured pathways home

We coordinate stable transitional housing, living-wage union apprenticeships, and dedicated family casework so justice-impacted individuals return to civilian life with durable stability.

Core Services

Three pillars of stability

Housing Access

Transitional and permanent roofs

Safe shelter precedes all progress. We secure leased transitional apartments across the East Bay, provide immediate move-in essentials, and deliver credit restoration casework to transition participants into private market leases within nine months.

Workforce Pipelines

Building trades and living wages

Through direct partnerships with regional trade unions and logistics employers, participants access paid pre-apprenticeships, safety certifications, and tool stipends that remove practical financial barriers to day-one job sites.

Family Restoration

Parental reunification and advocacy

Reconnecting fathers and mothers to their children demands steady guidance. We coordinate family law navigation, mediation sessions, child support resolution, and safe community spaces designed to re-establish parental presence with dignity.

Apprenticeship Placement

Year-One Independence

Beginning ninety days before departure, our caseworkers coordinate vital document recovery, state identification paperwork, and initial housing clearance directly with facility counselors.

Upon arrival, participants receive keys to furnished transitional housing, essential wardrobe stipends, transit cards, and comprehensive physical and behavioral healthcare screenings.

Within thirty days, individuals begin classroom trade curriculum and field training with guaranteed weekly stipends and union representative mentorship.

By month twelve, participants transition into independent market-rate leases, maintain full-time union membership, and lead peer mentorship circles for incoming cohorts.

Lived Experience

Having my own front door key on day one allowed me to focus completely on my carpentry apprenticeship. Six months later, I signed an independent lease and brought my son home for the weekend.
